Relaxed pup

He's so laid back!  All the products are from Cuddly Buddly and can be found here .. I did most of this in the Motorhome,  due to windy, rainy and generally miserable days near Brighton. Not my favourite place in the world, and so appreciate Suffolk now that I am home. I have just been shopping in Saffron Walden, oh my goodness what a pretty place,  and they do the most delicious cheese straws on the market!  Whoops, bang goes the diet AGAIN!

Thanks for stopping by, and hopefully now my life has returned to normal, whatever that is I shall be visiting everyone's blogs next week, I can't wait to see what has been happening! xxx

sending hugs, just because

Having spent another day in the Motorhome on the West Sussex coast, I decided to have a go at crafting in the "van".  I obviously took enough stuff to do it justice, but was very very limited!! It just goes to show how we rely on our stash for a bit of this and a bit of that... I forgot the glitter, oh dear... but as soon as I get home it will be glittered to death, just because.....lol

Wild west ?

Not sure why,  but this image and the colours after I had worked on it reminded me of the Old West !  Goodness only knows why,  but my brain does go to odd places from time to time.  I found a new site here and along with my fabulous Cuddly Buddly digi here it seemed to make a perfect match.. and I used some wonderful sentiment ticket digi's from Cuddly Buddly too, you can see  them here .

And I would like to apologise for the rubbish quality of the photo,   I have borrowed my daughters SLR camera and photo booth, to try and make the photos look a little better, this I have failed miserably !!! However I shall keep on trying, so move over David Bailey !!! Anyway you get the idea. xx

Who wants ice cream?

Another super little digi from Cuddly Buddly, and it just had to go onto a stepper card,  something I don't normally do!  You can find it here.

I cut a 2" circle of paper, embossed it with a criss cross pattern and curled it around to make a cone, I thought the flower made a super ice cream,  and SO not fattening!

I'm not a stepper kind of gal,  but this image was perfect for this card design.

Waving the flag

How on trend our little girl is!  Using a Lilyboo digi stamp from Cuddly Buddly this is my first submission as part of their design team, how cool is that, AND it's my favourite digi stamp site, I'm in heaven!!

We are currently in the middle of Thetford Forest, wifi reception very dodgy, but the grassy field we are pitched up in is a perfect back drop for this card. Love the daisy's!

I used the 2nd largest flower as leaves.

Bits of Ivory - sentiments - Barbara Anne Williams
Cottage collection papers - Poppy - Cuddly Buddly
Promarkers
Tim Holz - tattered flower dies.
White swirls - Cricut - Sentimentals cartridge

My you tube video of 50 cards.

If you need a good nights sleep take a look at my latest 50 cards, I don't speak because my daughters said I shouldn't,  what a cheek!!  Anyway if you don't fall asleep half way through I hope you enjoy taking a little peek. They are all A6, and fairly simple, as soldiers don't like ribbon and sparkle, I have however sneeked a few in!  Thanks for looking. xx

P.S  I am on the Cuddly Buddly design team, OH YES !

Forever hopeful

Another beautiful image from Wee Stamps, called Hopeful.  I tried to keep this card neutral using only beige and pink,  I hope I have succeded. I would like to tribute this card design to fleur  who does the most wonderful work and inspires me to create, especially this sketch.

I have used my Cricut for the flowers, butterflies and borders

I used my Promarkers to colour her in.

A hidden tag with a sentiment, flowers button and borders.

Can you find where the other tag is?

A beautiful die cut butterfly, NO glitter, yes very difficult not to glitter !!

Thank you for stopping by, I am going to enter this into these challenges:

Cowgirl

I love this little digi stamp from Wee Stamps, they are quite beautiful. I thought I might go orange! How did the blue get into this is a mystery... hey ho.. I have triple embossed the balloon for extra dimension. Promarkers, distressing, cricut and a bit of doodling, job done.

I think you can see the embossing on the balloon, I also tried my very best to get blonde hair,  How tricky is that !!!

Pretty little cowgirl.

Tree house

I couldn't wait to use a very old Almanack I bought recently,  I asked the owners permission to cut it up!  I felt so guilty, but as he had millions of old books he didn't seem to mind. I cut the flowers using the Tim Holz dies.  I love the steam punk tree house image and have used it loads of times for new home cards!  People seem to love it.  Anyway using a theme of black and green I have created a masculine card with a twist.
